Reservation Policy

Students must register prior to attending a scheduled training. Registration is complete by making your payment before the day of class. Complete our contact form and a payment link will be sent to you.

Any online portion of the course assigned must be completed prior to attending class, or the student will be turned away.

For all training, we recommend you wear closed-toe shoes and comfortable clothing for the skills sessions.

Cancellation Policy

American Red Cross Trainings

Online: Students can cancel an online course within 48 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 48 hours, no refunds can be given.

Blended & Classroom: Missed classes may be rescheduled to a future date. A student can cancel 15 days before the class starts without penalty. After that, the following amounts are deducted from the original payment:

• 10% from 8 to 14 days before the event starts
• 25% from 3 to 7 days before the event starts
• 50% from 1 to 2 days before the event starts
• 100% on the day the event starts or 1 day after

American Heart Association Training

Missed classes may be rescheduled. A student can cancel 10 days before the class starts without penalty. After that, the following amounts are deducted:

• 20% within 5 to 9 days before the class
• 40% within 2 to 4 days before the class
• 75% within 1 day before the class starts
• 100% on the day the class starts

EMS Safety — Online / Blended / In-Person

Missed classes may be rescheduled. A student can cancel and get a full refund 14 days before the class. Rescheduling applies for any days after; no refund.

Direct Care Worker / Article 9 / Prevention & Support

Class registrations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time of the class to receive a refund. To request a refund, please contact us at solutionsinc167@gmail.com. If we believe, in our sole discretion, that you are abusing our refund policy, we reserve the right to suspend, refuse or restrict current or future use of the services without liability to you.

Caregiver Training

Class registrations must be cancelled at least 24 hours before the start time of the program to receive a refund. Registration and other administrative fees are not refunded.
