(Providing Respectful Opportunities and Understanding De-escalation) training is a person‑centered, Arizona Division of Developmental Disabilities (DDD)–aligned program that equips direct care workers and support professionals with proactive, safe, and respectful strategies for preventing and responding to behavioral challenges.
